I'm having trouble with putting English patch onto ux0. Trails in the Sky FC won't start because it keeps saying. Clearly I'm not good with hacking terms or how it works. I just follow the guides.

Ok, I don't have a problem with the error anymore because i took the patch out of ux0, but I still am confused to where to put the encryption patch for Trails in the Sky FC.
When I put in the patch into the ux0 folder I get the same error. When I take it out it resolves the issue, but still doesn't patch the game itself. I did also download the SC English patch and created a folder for the patch and repatch in my ux0 folder. I have both which did cause the start of my problem.
I have both PCSG00488 and 489 in the rePatch folder in my ux0 folder.
