Hardware Transfer everything (Games etc) from one Vita to another?

Hey Guys,

I've two different Vita models (PCH-1004, PCH-2016).
Both are modded (firmware 3.65 + enso).
I'm currently thinking about switching from my PCH-1004 Model to the PCH-2016 Model.
Is there a way of using everything I've installed on my MemoryStick (SD2Vita, 256GB) on my other device without breaking anything or need to reinstall all games?

If yes, would you like to explain how?

If your game were nonpdrm dump then you can just copy and paste the app and appmeta folder data from one unit over to the other via FTP and then refresh the live area. Easiest way would just be to use PKGj to reinstall your games and use save manager to transfer your save data.
