Hardware Transfer GC save via Wii to GC Memory Card

Is there a way to do this? I just saw that I need Mewtwo, Game & Watch, and some stages for SSBM.

My Wii is hacked so if it involves using apps via the homebrew channel, it wouldn't be a problem.

Also, what the extension of a GC save file?

The latest version of GCMM should be the best way to do it:

The .gci extension is the most common, other extensions tend to add headers and other things but is generally the same format.
