Hacking Trimming?

Hey guys! Quick question. Is there any harm in trimming ALL of my games and not just the large ones? I'm using a Sky3DS+ with a private header.

As long as you only trimm the filling data and not stuff like updates for the firmware the ROM should still be valid for SKY3DS+.

Cool! It doesn't pose a higher ban risk or anything like does it? I'm mostly worried about it making it more risky.
