Trying to forward Fire Emblem 12 to the 3DS using NDSForwarder with the English title ID. Help?

So I know the exploit to get NDSForwarder running with Fire Emblem 12, but the Japanese only title makes my monkey brain genuinely furious and I really want it fixed. Is there any way to be able to edit the title ID with the English patch version without using custom titles?
