How easy is it to redownload something you bought in another region once it's removed from the Nintendo Switch? Do you have to change the system back to the region you bought it from or can you just download it from any region's eshop? - if the latter; does this give you access to any language version of the game you like (eg buy the JPN language version and then download on the European eShop)

I also want to know this. Did you ever find out?

I've being doing that since I got my Switch. I made an account to play games and a secondary one just to keep shifting to the cheaper eshop. Since all games you've bought are kept in the same list regardless of the region, its safe to use a single account.
