Unable to Update New 3DSXL after 11.15.0 CTRTransfer image Install

TL:DR - Bought a Japanese New 3DSXL, installed CFW using 3ds hacks guide, and then did a region change. The system is unable to update, even with DNS settings set to "Auto".

Not sure if this is an actual issue, though. If it is not, I won't bother trying to update and will just start installing my games. But, what could my issue be possibly? I followed the guide verbatim and it even said to change my DNS settings to Auto if it errored out (and reboots my 3DS).

I purchased a Japanese 3DSXL but was unable to read the prompts (I had to use the Google Translate app, lol) and so I wanted everything to be in English, hence the CTRTransfer from JPN to USA.

Looks like the issue was Nintendo having the servers under maintenance until 6:00 PM PST. Have just confirmed that all is well and the system has been updated successfully now.

    You using the Smart camera extention, its nice, centers you on screen but with little lag so feels better than just Center player on screen. You can add/ subject lag amount also.
