Uninstalled games on 1 sdcard, gone on all of them?!

Hey guys.. I uninstalled some games on my Sdcard v1 Switch with atmos. Before doing so, I copied everything on that sdcard to a new 1TB sdcard.
When I put the 1TB sdcard, I cant find the uninstalled games, even though the sdcard does have the files in it
Can i make them show up without installing them again?? I dont want to go through installing every single game again since it would be like starting over basically..

Game's metadata are stored exclusively in internal memory, sdcard can store only assets and executables.

So yes, you must reinstall now everything.
