Hacking Uninstalling BootMII and Homebrew

So about 3 years ago i did all this stuff to my Wii and my SD card got completely damaged and all the files got corrupted.

Is there anything I can do to get my wii back to the original wii? No homebrew or anything.

EDIT: nvm i got it bootmii was blocking me

run syscheck and then plop the file into modmii and it will tell you what you need
