Using a N3DS with Luma and A9LH. Using CIAngel, I have been using this setup for a couple weeks and am used to seeing speeds of roughly 1000 to 1200 KB/s, last night I did a system restore (which may or may not have anything to do with the speed issue) and since last night I am getting speeds of roughly 125 KB/s
So, are fluctuations in speeds like this normal? Is this a server load issue on their end? I am certain it is not my internet connection per se, because I have a 50Mbps connection and the computer seems to pass a speedtest with no issues. Is there really any way to troubleshoot this or am I just stuck putting up with Dialup speeds from now on.
