Hacking updated my new2ds to 11.14 and now it crashes on start

Just as the title says, if it helps before I updated it I had homebrew on it and I had reset the
console to factory default and formatted the SD card.

Did you try updating Luma? If not, grab the boot.firm from the newest release on here https://github.com/LumaTeam/Luma3DS/releases and put it on the root of your sd card
