Upgrade internal HDD to SSD without updating FW

Hello, I would like to upgrade my PS4 pro (on 9.00) internal HDD to a SSD (It is not jailbroken but I will do it after the upgrade) but I know I will have to do the safe mode number 7 : "Initialize PS4 (Reinstall System Software) but where can I find the initialization PS4 PUP file since I can't use the 9.00 update PUP file there is on this guide : https://gbatemp.net/threads/ps4-exploit-guide.497858/ because it's for the safe mode number 3 :"Update System Software"

you don't need to update the firmware. just install the recovery pup on the new drive. it's the one that's about a gigabyte in size.

But where can i find this file ? Since the one on the sony website will update it automaticcaly to the 10.50 fw.

yes, when upgrading an hdd or reformatting it, use the recovery update.
