PS1/2 USB Controller

Is there a way to use the USB port with the purpose of connecting a USB Controller to the PlayStation 2?

i doubt it but i do remember the PSP could connect to the PS2 for a game you need GX Tag force 2 and it's ps2 counterpart

One of the WWE games does this as well. 2008? I forget, but basically you unlock Jake the Snake Roberts this way.
