Every time I boot up a game on USB Loader GX, I get a black screen. I have no idea what's going on, and I have tried multiple solutions and nothing has worked. Is there anything I can do? Any help is appreciated.

Would you be satisfied with a "maybe something" answer? All the telepaths are on holiday.
Give a sane description of all equipment used and provide at least a SysCheck report.

Edit: also check this: USB-Loader GX Troubleshooting guide
I am using a SanDisk Cruzer Glide 3.0 64GB Flash Drive and a Transcend SDHC 4GB SD Card.

Here's a SysCheck Report. (Had to take photos of it since my Wii cannot connect to the internet)

On a personal note, I'm someone who's very new to Wii homebrew and just modded my Wii less than a few days ago.

If you softmoded the Wii by yourself a few days ago, you used a very outdated guide. This is a uptodate guide. Nowdays only a patched IOS with d2x (actual is d2x-v11-beta1) in Slot 248 up to 251 is necesarry.
  • ciOS 249(base56), 250(base57), 251(base38) (Wii) / (base58) (vWii)
  • For higher game compatibilty, add: cIOS 248(base38) (Wii only!!) and 251(base58) (Wii+vWII)
USB Flashdrives are not recommened, they tend not to work or create issues. HDD/SSD are recommened.

And a black screen is mostly the result of corrupted games images, check the hash value with Wii Backup Manager.

Does this USB flash drive have a read/write led-light indicator?
I had a case of black screen in the past, it turned out that it was just a very, very long time to read the game from the USB flash drive.
It does actually. You mean how the flash drive glows whenever I plug it into something, right?

Edit: Also, now that you mention it, the game DID take a very long time to load, but it's been very inconsistent

I meant does the led blinking (and consequently the game file is reading) while there is a black screen.
