When I try and load a game from my HDD it gives me either one of 5 outcomes
1. Wiiflow loading -> black screen -> wiiflow loading ->wiiflow home screen
2. White bar loading screen stuck halfway
3. Pressing A at wrist strap screen giving me a black screen
4. Hold Wii Mote horizontally, but it doesnt have the press 2 icon
5. Crash

I dont know whether it is my CIOS, game dumps or the USB Loaders
I installed D2x CIOS using many tutorials
I dumped the games from my Disc to HDD using Wiiflow
I tried using different settings in Wiiflow but none worked

I dont know what to do at this point anymore

is it a HDD or a flash stick ?
flash drives are known to have issues, use a real external hard drive.
Be sure it has enough power (or it might cut while loading the game, and that's why it crashes), so either use an externally powered hdd, or use a Y-cable to get more power from the second USB Port.

what format is your partition ? WBFS, FAT32, NTFS, ext ?
which cIOS version and base did you try ? you need d2x v8 final, base 57, installed in any slot you want (just be sure to use that slot in the settings, or just install it in slot249)
be sure to play game from the same region of the console

for now, it's the only idea I have based on the non existent info you provided on your setup.
maybe with more info we can find more suggestion.

I'm using a 500GB External HDD formatted to FAT 32. It worked in the past but not anymore.
I'm using v10 beta 53/52 in slit 249 and 250 (don't know which exact ones)
I'm using PAL games on a 4.3E wii

it seems good to me.
hdd (not flash), FAT32, and latest d2x cIOS.
even if r53 has more issues than r52.

Maybe that's just the problem here.
Try setting the IOS slot to 250 in your loader's settings.
I don't know if it will help, just try and we will see from your result.

I'll try that when I can
For the other settings, should I use USB port 0 or 1, and what video mode should I use for a PAL game
Another problem I'm having with my Wiiflow is when I try dumping a game to my HDD from Wiiflow it comes up with a warning sign with text saying 'Install game is broken, please use CleanRip'. I'm using Wiiflow Masterpiece Mod btw
Thanks

Use port 0 (the one near the edge of the console, bottom one if you put the console flat).

if wiiflows tells you its dumping feature is broken, it probably is.
Use CleanRIP (which only make full 1:1 clean 4GB ISO), or USBLoaderGX which will make you wbfs dumps.

For video mode, use the "game's region" choice, if wiiflow has it.
if not, force video mode to PAL 480i (if you are on composite yellow/red/blue), or 480p (if you are on component YPbPr red/green/blue).
always set the video mode according to the game you want to play. if you play PAL game, don't use NTSC option ! if you play NTSC game then NTSC option is the one to choose (that's just pure logic).

I just tried to use my USB flash drive for the Wii and it worked. It can play games perfectly which means my HDD is at fault here but I really dont know why. Its formatted to FAT 32 with 32kb cluster

you are lucky, because flash drive are known to be less compatible, some of them even can't be used to dump new games (it just freeze, with any dumper, even CleanRIP).
