Gaming Vc pokemon

Hey guys,

First thread here...

I was wondering, just brought the limited edition pokemon20 2DS with pokemon already installed...

If i format the sd card ( 4gb isnt my style ) and move to a bigger sd card will i still have pokemon on my 2ds ?
