I want to view a .brlan animation.
I have currently tried the following over the past 3 hours:
> Using Wexo's Toolbox (v1.0.2.7), which opens the file and lets me view its structure, but not the animation itself.
> Using Benzin, which converts the .brlan file to a .xmlyt file, which is equally unusable / unviewable.
> Using Wii Layout Editor, which even after downloading two fixes suggested by SaulFabre in a post by Soche, still doesn't allow me to open .brlan files.
These are the three programs listed on the custom Mario Kart wiki, however none of them have helped me achieve my goal.
Any suggestions / fixes would be greatly appreciated, as this has been an ongoing issue for quite awhile and it's 2 am now!
Edit: Not sure if this is relevant, but I was able to open the .xmlyt file in Notepad++, but I'm not exactly sure if I can do anything with its contents.
