AntiBlacklist by Rinnegatamante is what should be used.
The other methods that modified file "list_launch_vita.dat" did not completely whitelisted all games for PSTV. what i found out is that games that were were blacklisted for PSTV were also region locked somewhat. so US-blacklisted games still didnt worked on EU console after .dat file fix. with AntiBlacklist method all these region lock like complains go away.

I found it funny cause many many years ago, had a roommate in college that did this same dumbass branding of the school logo, but it didn't look anything like it after it healed. Just looked like a birthmark.
