If you just google 'Xdelta UI for Mac' you should find something that works. the first link that popped up looks like it might work! it looks like those programs can do the equivalent as the program available for PC's.

Online rom patchers exist. You just add the rom and the patch into the webpage, and it will patch the rom and give you the download link.

Or, you can just do that.. might be a bit easier! no matter how you slice it, though, you'll get the dame end result.
