At least post the solution here, "Issue fixed" doesn't help any of the people who came here via Google, I get "NCCH header not found" every time, the folder has ExeFS, RomFS, ExHeader.bin, HeaderNCCH0.bin and PlainRGN.bin, extracted from a CXI using DotNet3dsToolkit
