I was trying to only use the image (iso) inside a HDD (NTFS) for USB GX (latest version) but it couldn't found it.

But then I thought I need to use WBFS system, okay, but I would like to do it using Linux, is there any package or program to do that? I saw some solutions here but many of them incomplete or with broken link.

Or you guys has another solution?

By the way, can I convert my images to WBFS but still use NTFS in my HDD?

I too suggest use wiimms tools
You CAN use a WBFS partition, but you don't have to.
.wbfs files on fat/ntfs/ext work fine and are use about the same space.
.iso files can be used on ntfs and ext but you have to use sparse files to make them small.

just adding to the discussion that ISO works fine with USBloaderGX.
Maybe you didn't place it in the correct folder or didn't name the file correctly.

from memory, here are the accepted format:

/wbfs/GameID.iso
/wbfs/Game name [GameID]/GameID.iso
/wbfs/GameID_Game name/GameID.iso
