Vapecord should work, just make sure you're using the Luma from Vapecord's ZIP file/Vapecord's Universal-Updater entry. It might also work with other cheat Luma forks, but it won't work with the official version.

You also need to turn on the plugin loader in the Rosalina menu it seems, as per the installation instructions.
