Probably retail if it isn't too bad, anticipating definitely £200 or under, hopefully under. Nintendo aren't (or shouldn't be) ones to overprice.

I have 260 saved up for a 3DS, and if it turns out to be cheap, maybe a game or two. But if it comes to it, I'll save a bit extra and go to 300.

I'd suggest saving AT LEAST an extra $60 once the price is announced.

Hell, I may need to save $90-120 for Kid Icarus, Paper Mario, and OoT! (Possible MGS)

Well it's almost 13800pesos($300) here in the Phil if the dollars play around 46(which is usually the case).And of course you know our country and economy plus the shipping so don't expect good price range for the console.

I'm already preparing for the worst.

also im not a big fan of buying things at launch.

Well our economy is just recovering(hopefully) from shithole so we here can't expect a nicely priced console(especially handheld)

Though if it's really over $250 that is,I'd rather buy a PS3.(Never thought PS3's 120gb just $300,compared to the price here which is clearly abusing.

It's the new DS with graphics at or above PSP level and a 3D display. I'd suggest googling it.

I'd pay 250 euros at the very most. But that's only if I can immediately playing with it without buying something else (so I need to be able to play something like the Metroid Prime Hunters demo or Wii Sports). If it's 200 euros or less I'd certainly buy it at launch.
