What Firmware to install , 9.00 or 9.00 beta ?

hi members , I want to update to 9.00 Firmware and use the ESP32-S2 method.

I'm not sure what Firmware to download and install.

The normal 9.00 would be my pick as it's the stable one while 9.00 Beta 2 is a, uh, beta. Maybe I'm wrong and that beta is better in some way.

I've not had any probs with the retail 9.00 ofw.
