This happened to me a lot of times (mainly when CFW for 5.0.2 was released). i don't remember the error code.
again i don't know the code but it happened when i opened a corrupted homebrew app"An error" isn't useful information to go by.
Code? Specific sysmodule?
In the most general of senses, you generated an error report much like how you would during normal Switch usage except that it was caused by a program that should not be on the Switch. If you connect your console online, that error report will be sent to Nintendo and they can flag you for a ban. Running nx-dreport might get rid of it, but firmwares 5.X are able to track if error logs are being deleted.
Usually I attach a source for these types of things but I guess it slipped my mindSource?
5.0.0 really upped the info in Crash Reports: https://t.co/lp9eRpva59.

Be careful with tools like dreport, too, it looks like erpt maintains statistics about reports saved/uploaded/failed to upload, deleting may cause detectably inconsistent statistics.
this happened to me around month ago and i didn't get banned yet (im on 5.1.0)In the most general of senses, you generated an error report much like how you would during normal Switch usage except that it was caused by a program that should not be on the Switch. There are hundreds of people who have used LayeredFS and haven't been banned yet either. Not being banned yet =/= safe.this happened to me around month ago and i didn't get banned yet (im on 5.1.0)
