Hacking Where do save files go?

Hi, I'm using Wiiflow USB Loader, and I'm wondering, if I format my SD card, will it erase the save files of the games, too?

What I'm saying is, are the save files saved to Wii memory, the SD card the game is on, or the SD card Wiiflow is on?

the only save files saved to an external device are emulators and triiforce.

all original or pirated GC games, Wii Games, Wiiware/VC game saves are saved to the wii system memory (which you can backup to your sd card and transfer to another wii if you like, you may need a system menu hack (see priiloader or startpatch) to copy certain games' save files though)

is there a tool outside to save/recover ALL save games at once?
its really painfull to save 20-50 save games one by one..and retore them similiar
