Gaming Where to get Japanese games?

I'm not sure if this is against the rules..but..

I've been putting wads up on my Wii, and I can only find some of the Japanese games i'm looking for(Rondo of Blood, for instance).

I can't find Pulseman or Musha Aleste to save my life.

How would I go about getting this games? I've injected them, but I would like to have the actual wad files, if possible.

Any advice?
