Which one of these things are region-free?

I'm on holiday in the Philippines right now and I'm planning to buy some consoles and some games. Only thing is: I don't know if the things that I'm planning to buy will be usable when I go back to the UK. These are the things I'm planning to get:

- PS3 slim console
- Some Xbox 360 games
- Some PS3 games

The triple and its games will be region free so you won't have any worries about that. The 360 is odd as it isn't region free but some games can work across different regions. The list added should be of use.

You'll have trouble buying from there because they mostly sell US based games and consoles.

ps3 games are region free, blu ray movies are not, ps3 console is region free, only downside is you cannot play pal region dvds in the american ps3, also dlc for the american games you buy will have to be from america only, you can't buy content from the uk store and use it with the american game.

it depends on the title when it comes to xbox 360 games, some are not and some are region free, there should be a list on the net somewhere.
