Just patched a Pokemon Emerald ROM with Glazed, I then converted the patched ROM to .cia format (via Ultimate GBA VC Injector) and installed on my N3DS, but get a white screen whenever I try to boot up the game. Any known solutions to this?

Emerald uses 128kb flash and GBA VC only supports 64kb, normally this would just make the game freeze after E3 and make your battle frontier data not save IIRC, but the romhack might work differently and not work at all.
There's a patch for regular Emerald but I'm not sure if it would work together with the romhack: https://gbatemp.net/threads/pokemon-emerald-real-512kb-flash-memory-patch.468216/

Also make sure the checksum is correct (you can fix the checksum with GBATA)
i'm sure you cannot use patched roms in the VC injects, check into using mGBA
There is no good reason why that would be the case, it runs on real hardware so it should support anything real hardware does, besides potential save size issues.
