My G6 Lite will not boot.
I get 2 white screens and it never reaches the menu.
I reformatted using the utility and nothing changed.

Flashed DS Lite.
Slot 1 works for an original DS card.
Slot 2 works for an original GBA cart.
G6 USB device works and everything shows up in Explorer and U-Disk Manager.

I think my last hope is to borrow a GBA on the off chance that it will be able to boot directly to GBA mode.

After that it's R4 or Evolution time....

Did you actually try selecting "Start GBA game" from the DS menu? I think you have to hold a button (select maybe) while booting a flashed DS to keep it from automatically trying to boot the slot 2 cart in DS mode.

If you do manage to get the G6 to start in GBA mode, try these steps: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=37111

Sounds like the cartridge does not connect to your slot2 properly. Try cleaning the inside of your DS carefully with something dry. Blowing into it helps too but it's better to use a reversed vacuum cleaner since blowing might get spit into it.

Bad/dirty contacts generally cause black screens, not white screens. It's still worth a shot though.
