Who still uses a physical Wii?

my family use the wii every day as gaming station for wii, gamecube and retro games and as a media center watching movies amd cartoons on a 2tb hard drive.
kids and their friends naturally have other possibilities to play games (mobile phones, switch, playstation...) but they say wii is more fun.

I started using dolphin a couple of months back, used vwii for about a month then got a proper Wii as vwii no longer read hb.

WiiU has substituted Wii in my setup completely - even if there are less interesting games on U, than on GC or original Wii. Nowadays I mostly use my Wii for ripping and validating discs bought used, if at all.

Me. In 480p on my HDTV with my Sewell HDMI adapter. It looks really good, though it can be a little over-bright in some games that have bright white colors.

Have a Wii connected to my 27" Trinitron that gets more use than my Wii U, largely for 4:3 video content.
