Gaming Wii Disc title list?

I use the USBLoader, but on my small TV it's hard to read the title codes (the four-digit codes that identify the game). I want to be able to change the name that's displayed using title.txt, but I need to be able to figure out the title code for the game first. Is there a good list online?

It's possible to change the name with wbfs manager2.0..

Yeah, I realize that, but my hard drive needs a power adapter. It's much easier to just pop the SD card out and change a file on there then to get my hard drive set up with my computer. Of course it isn't an issue for games I put on through ISOs, but I've been ripping games as well.
