Hacking Wii U isn't receiving power how to transfer?

My Wii U isn't receiving power, despite being plugged in, I tried swapping the CR-2032 battery, and using a friends AC Adapter, but no luck. I tried posting on the hardware category, but got no response. I tried opening up the Wii U, but stripped 2 screws in the process, and now I can't open it. So, giving up, I figure I'll just buy another Wii U (UNLESS SOMEONE KNOWS WHAT I SHOULD DO), which leads to my question. I have CBHC installed, and have a large amount of illegitimate software stored on an HDD. Can I just unlink my other console from the account and link a new one and install CBHC and hack the vWii and everything like normal and would the software installed on the HDD be usable on the newly hacked Wii U? If not, is there any other way I can avoid using Wii U USB Helper?
