Windows taskbar not showing anything. Help?

I fixed it. The issue was, I was hard rebooting (holding the power button to turn off the PC and then turning it on) to try and fix it. What I did to fix it was I hit Windows key + R and ran shutdown /r. It soft rebooted the PC and fixed my issue.
