I am struggling to find a reason to doubt this guy, once we see source we will know for certain if this is legitimate though. The 3DS should be able to run this at decent speeds even with emulation because there is no processor instruction translation overhead i.e. once optimised this theoretically should run pretty damn close (if not at) full speed..

Don't know why you're doubting @shutterbug2000 . He has brung win95 to the n3ds and I'm sure he/she wouldn't damage their reputation like that. And its a matter of time before this becomes Margen67 vs Cell9 again with this "make open source!!!111" crap
