Pretendo now has the ability to serve SpotPass content over BOSS. This is used on the WiiU for notifications, certain downloadable content, etc. This is also used in Splatoon to serve SplatFests. This means we now can serve SplatFests through BOSS with custom servers just like the official Nintendo servers
