If we have an ARM9 exploit we wouldn't even downgrade. The downgrade process is for the k9 exploit which is only on 9.2.

That wasn't really my question. A9lh counts as an ARM9 exploit, because a post above said that it would be impossible to port g9 to waithax due to it needing an arm9 exploit, and this dsiware installer only edits saves. It doesn't change the dsiware apps like the guide currently does.
So I was wondering if the dsiware apps were accessible through arm11, so that I can know that an app to edit them will eventually be released.

download dgtool
it is a boot.nds put it in the root of your sdcard
Copy the contents of the NFIRM .zip to the dgTool folder on the root of SD card
run dsigame dgTool starting
Select “Dump f0f1” to backup the target 3DS’s NFIRM
Select “Downgrade FIRM to 10.4” and confirm to flash the 10.4.0 NFIRM bin to the target 3DS
I am not sure back nand work or not
you can test it before Downgrade FIRM to 10.4
download 3DSident
put it in 3ds folder
after Downgrade FIRM to 10.4 launch hbl then launch 3DSident
Verify that the following:
Kernel version: 2.50-11
FIRM version: 2.50-11
if it is you can continue to 9.2.0 Downgrade

wario ware save too small I think you can not inject save
but you can try

you can try but be careful Plailect remove OTPLess method form his guide

so i downloaded 3ds_dsiwarehax_installer v1.1 and replaced the .3dsx with the new one

also im at dgtools ill update after i do a nand back up (bout 20 mins or so)


also also @Mrrraou Frunners gave me trouble the grey screen for "exploit" would flash but the game still loads but 4swords opened dgtools no problem

Maybe difference in clock speed between N3DS XL and small?
