i don't understand what i am doing wrong. for example if i wanted a mega luxray then this is what i'd do. i'd switch all mawiles texture, shiny texture and model number around with luxray because she can mega evolve. then i would rename the mega luxray files with the name of the files for mega mawile then delete mega mawile files. am i doing it right?

Can anyone help me, I’m trying to retexture shiny glaceon and none of the texture changes with through in game and I’m not why
