I don't get how the teenage brain needs more sleep[1], but schools still start earlier and earlier. (or maybe you just go to sleep too late..)


I get about 7-8 hours a night.

When I sleep normally (nighttime to morning) I'm not mad, but not happy either (

and theres fricking 13458193 articles on how we need more sleep cuz we're adolescents in puberty or w/e but schools dont give a crap and assign us more homework >.<

I haven't slept more than 3 hours a night since I was a kid.

Can happily function for 3 or 4 days at a time, without sleep.

I Thank god every damn day for my irregular timetable. I only have one day where I have to get up at 7 am but for all other days I'm usually not in school till 10-12.
I sleep late most of the time and go to bed at around 3 am.
