got bored of waiting for homebrew and felt like I was never really enjoying it to the extent I would have liked.
I will time travel back in 7 or 8 years to see if anything changes

k thx bye,
(I updated my consoles to 4.0.1 after waiting months for anything new (hacking wise.) for anything releasing)

Ok.. Then why are you telling us anyway ? You dont need to. Its your decision and your business. Obviously, you are not patient.

I don't know if your asking me; however,

1. I posted this thread (what is now a blog.) Because I thought it may be funny to some who have clicked on or have seen similar threads like this expecting paragraphs of responses, I also wanted to get something out of my head that I had. I needed to release my problem.

2. I feel guilty for waiting for Homebrew anyway, it makes me feel like I am truly waiting for something that may have not even have a release years later, like I don't care about the console, games, or services (the truth is I do but I can't have my decision both ways.) Just the reason why my parents bought three PlayStation three's, three different versions of little big planet, three different models of the PS3, we didn't buy those things for hacks and playing backups we wanted to enjoy what was being brought to the console.

3. I received the console as a gift. Not from just one person but my whole family; I can't help but feel a little grain of salt when I barley know anyone and I received the console THE DAY OF MY BIRTHDAY, especially when I wouldn't have even been able to afford it anyway

4. (And although not mentioned) I run my mouth to much on this site anyway in terms of games coming out or what other people should do.

What if android gets ported and updated similar to any of the big custom ROMs (the potential homebrew set for the switch is probably up there with many of the big phones/tablets that do get the exploits and custom ROMs)? Game changer?

That's something I hadn't even considered. I imagine it would be a pretty big deal. I have never bothered touching any of the BIG android games because I just cant stand touch screen gaming (outside of puzzles etc), that would definitely get me buying a few android games (if it were possible to do so). It would certainly be the most graphics capable Android tablet with hardware controls.

I'm not going to comment on the feasibility of dual boot Android/SwitchOS, outside of saying that there's some damn smart people out there. I imagine before emunand was a thing it would have seemed virtually impossible.
