I just beat Link's Awakening on Switch. (No spoilers)

As a 26 year veteran of this game, I enjoyed this new remake very much. Many new things make it still feel like a good refresher, like the new intuitive controls and additional Secret Seashells required for the Level 2 sword.
(And for anybody wondering, yes... The Color dungeon is present and preserved.)

For anyone curious on picking it up, do it. It's well worth it. I haven't even dove into the dungeon builder yet.

Well it was either this or Daemon X Machina for me this month, so I pre-ordered Link's Awakening as soon as reviews called DXM a bust. Gonna be a great three month stretch for Switch releases.

I am waiting this game to be patched, really didn't like the performance of the game, game running at 50FPS most of the time with occasional 30dips, and very bad frame pacing.

Yeah, the game needs either overclocking or optimization patches for sure, the frame rate in handheld was pretty bothersome. A little less bothersome docked, but still jarring.

Well, to be fair the game has been out since 1993, so there's really nothing noteworthy of spoiling. Anyone could have played through the game emulated on just about every portable platform out there.
