School Book Report

Today at school, I had to turn in a book report. The book report was a letter to an author which had to be at least half a page. No biggie, I always do that. So, before I turned it in, I found out my teacher was going to check all of them. I got paranoid and thought I made a mistake and will get a 0 for it. I later found out I did good and if I DID make a mistake, I only have to redo it, not get a 0. I was so relieved afterwards. So, here's my question to you guys. Have you guys ever had to do a any kind of project and became paranoid if you did it right or not?

HALF A PAGE?
WTF.
DUDE. I was assigned a 1 page essay.
It became 6000 words and 10 pages.
Yes. This happens to me.

I'm always over critical of my writing, and think i'll get a bad mark. Luckily that turned me into the guy who always gets 95-100% on any writing assignment.
As long as it doesn't ask me to explain irony where irony is not f**king present... er, yeah. Grade 12 final exam rant.

Try a 10 page essay and your final grade is on the line. I get pretty nervous. Not good times at all.

what grade are you in that you think a 1/2 page letter to an author is a big enough assignment to even touch your overall mark?

oh... makes sense :P
man, primary school sucked (elementary school for you americans)

i once got a F in uni on some term paper (fuck you turn it in); i didn't plagiarize, its just i didn't documnet properly.

but i was on good terms with the prof; gave me a second chance and didn't tell the uni about it, all went well... that was the closest i ever got to a zero
