I've heard rather fantastic things about it though so I may give it a go sometime. I'll go look up the used price and see if I can get it for cheap.

EDIT: Roughly $13 used. FUCK YEAH. Probably gonna nab this and Vanquish while I'm at it.

Nier, Nier on the wall, who's the prettiest of them all? I heard it got meh reviews. I never played it, but the screenshots and stuff that i saw looked cool.

Vanquish is sweet. I love it. Well what i played of it.

Nier got terrible official reviews, because official reviewers are fucking retards. What I like to do, is look at the score, play the game anyway, then read the indepth review, and laugh at how much of a moron the "official" reviewer is.

EDIT: It also got a lot of negative attention since it grew pretty popular for a bit, and a lot of FPStards and assorted other garbage trolled in. I know specifically on gamespot, it got highlighted for being nominated as having the best OST of the year (which it did, easily) and every fan of Nier was ripping on RDR for beating it (and rightfully so, considering RDR's OST was forgettable, could have not been there and not made a difference). Got bashed pretty hard by RDRetards that time too.
Been a bumpy road for it, but anyone with a brain that actually gives it a chance ends up loving it.
