Team work...

Well, I like to work in team, even more because I have a big, hairy and ugly difficulty to do and decide stuff alone, and I really like to share and develop ideas, stuff like alone I get all unsure if it or that is right, if is ok to do this or that, which one version look better and go on ...Stuff that in a good team it just work nice, unless it's a bad team, or f I try to lead it, apparently.

I was in two bad teams, all about translating games... not much to talk, the leader where idiots on their own ways...
But me as leader? Total failure! Maybe I'm just a bad leader? I can't get the people motivated... well I can't make myself motivated but I'm not like these idiots, I think?
The first time is with wanting to translate pokémon, not sure if it's because I'm going too against the fandom wave because I want to go with the series' canon instead... and the possible helpers from fandom don't want that? Or just I'm bad at lead :v or both?

And now is a cosplay project with friends, working with friends is all nice because I love them and we all have the same objective of finishing this in time for the con, right? was what I thought, I even don't see myself as leading this, even doing an important part, but seems that I'm the only working here, can't call much discussion and stuff, and me here, bad with self motivation like I'm, only get less motivated with my part ... but I just want to do all these projects I have and make a nice work together ... I know them all have other stuff to do and may be busy, but why don't even only talk about? like " I can look for that because I have to do X and Y, you did any progress on the Z part? or stuff like that was the minimum I expected...

At least I want to learn how to do stuff alone ...
