Ps3 evilnat 4.90 qa flags problem

i upgraded to evilnat 4.90 some time ago.
now just trying to install some multi pkgs
I have some problems with QA Flags
i enabled them in custom firmware tools QA Flags but when i highlight network options i can't enable it
l1+l2+r1+r2+l3+d pad down doesn't seem to work anymore?
it was fine in 4.89 just not sure what's wrong here?

Any idea what to do. Main reason i updated firmware because of online games. I can't play them with older version.

This tool is very important for me. Any idea how to fix this?.

nevermind i switched xmb to Cex and it's finee . Works again.

How did you get it working? I am having the same issue so i can install multiple pkg files but button combo does not work. I'm on 4.90 CEX evilnat with QA flags enabled. I tried everything and still will not enable with the combo.
