Are you using the Ninjhax 2.1 boot.3dsx or the Ninjhax 2.0 boot.3dsx?I put SunShell on my 3DS SD cart and the homebrew doesn't work...
I put the "3DSX" folder on my SD CARD in the"/3ds" folder
After, i put common file on the folder "3DSX"
Finally, i renamed the folder "3DSX", "Sunshell".
But, when i start the homebrew, the two screens are blacks...
Please help me
