Hacking [OLD] Loadiine backup loader for WiiU 5.3.2 ONLY (NO 5.4 NO 5.5!)

1. Loadiine Kernel
1a. If KO, turn off Wii U, start step 1 again.
1b. If OK, go step 2
2. Loadiine (vLatest)

Should work.

Like i said, i manage to get MarioMaker working perfectly with the v4
That means, i already get the v4 menu setting working well, the first time.

Now, each time a try to relaunch Loadiine v4 (after a kexploit OK), i'm stuck on the Loadine v4 setting menu.
Can i skip this menu, and lauch the game selection menu instead ?

No can't skip without recompile.

And like I said. If you're not turning your wii u off (red/pull cord) if the kernel fails (Settings menu wont work), it will freeze every time. Regardless if the kernel exploit worked or not.

If that's what you're doing, like I said. I guess try opening youtube tabs or something.

Dimok thought he fixed that bug, but it's random and we still get it.
I don't know if it's related, I noticed I had the freeze when kernel was long to be patched.
sometime the kernel is fast to patch, sometime it takes longer.

we don't know what is causing this freeze yet. We will try to fix it in future release.

anyone has a xml for DS VC or N64 VC?
Not yet.
Dimok could create a cos/app data dumper for users dumping their games.

EclipseSin was trying random values, but it's not a very fast method to make them work :P

Also, I could get v16 ticket (It's probably a network issue on my last try).
I can try v16 now.

Well, there's no real replacing to do.
updates are only adding ghost files, not replacing them.
so I won't add new ghosts at all. if it's the issue, it's one of the old ghosts files.

can anyone tell me where i can find the ids for game updates that i can use with nus-downloader? Assuming i want to update Mario Maker to the latest version, whats the go-to? Sry if this has been told before, couldnt find it anywhere :/.

what is the list of elf files needed from http://eclipsesin.github.io/loadiinevL/

go here :

click on "download zip" at the bottom right
open the zip, and search for "www/loadiine" folder, it contains the files you need for your server.

loadiine.elf
index.html
payload532.html

that's all.
(the other elf is for developers, for debug purpose)

Go to http://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Title_database
search the game for your region to get the game's titleID.
it's the ID for the full game, if you want the update you replace 00050000 to 0005000E

00050000-10101C00 = New super mario bros U (full game)
0005000E10101C00 = update TitleID


00050000-1018DB00 Super Mario Maker JAP
00050000-1018DC00 Super Mario Maker USA
00050000-1018DD00 Super Mario Maker EUR
replace "0-" by E and use NusGrabber

Go to http://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Title_database
search the game for your region to get the game's titleID.
it's the ID for the full game, if you want the update you replace 00050000 to 0005000E

00050000-10101C00 = New super mario bros U (full game)
0005000E10101C00 = update TitleID


00050000-1018DB00 Super Mario Maker JAP
00050000-1018DC00 Super Mario Maker USA
00050000-1018DD00 Super Mario Maker EUR

thx man, i did that, so what i got is a bunch of *.app and *.h3 as well as title.cert/.tik/.tmd. I guess i have to extract/decrypt this somehow?

I'm still getting an error with mario kart 8.
Here is what I've done:
First I set my SD card up with the new folder setup.
I launch the loadiine kernal and after that succeeds I launch loadiine vlatest and install.
I launch mario kart 8 with either smash or mii maker, both of them are giving me a 'Exception type DSI occured!" error.

Any ideas of what I might be doing wrong / need to do?

are you using the version 0 (extracted or dumped from your disc), or did you apply updates? probably v0 or else you can't use miimaker.

Do you have the XML files?
if you don't have the cos.xml and app.xml in the /code/ folder, loadiine uses a default value, but the default might not be good (it's not) for Mario kart 8.

if you don't have the xml, apply an update to get them and use SSB to launch the game.
if it's still happening, verify your dump is complete, or maybe your SD card is corrupted.
