I think your safe to pay via take email payment. I payed this way, and had no issues. Pretty much they just receive a payment from an email address. The sites listed on the official resellers list are generally trustworthy; it's extremely unlikely you'd have your information stolen.

This thread might help.

Could you give a few more details? N3DS or O3DS? SysNAND FW version? EmuNAND stopped working after an update?

okay thanks so much for helping me

o3DS
sysNAND 9.2 (should be, anyway, I'm going to check after posting this)
I was trying to update my emuNAND to 10.3. Basically what happened was, I was updating it through sysUpdater with the CIA files due to being unable to access the internet because of my WiFi card acting up.
For the same reason, my 3DS's WiFi switched on. My 3DS can't stay on with the wireless connection too long before giving me an error and telling me to shut it off.
As a result, this error interrupted my updating of emuNAND.
Ever since, I haven't been able to enter emuNAND, even after deleting everything on my SD card and putting my backup on it.

Sounds like the 3DS was trying to update something related to the wi-fi card and switched it on during the update (which in turn caused the crash).

Probably a stupid question, but have you tried restoring an emuNAND backup? The error probably botched emuNAND. There's a chance the 3DS could've have messed up and installed to sysNAND due to the crash, but I think that's unlikely.

I don't think it was that, my WiFi card's just weird. I'm probably going to have to get it fixed soon.
Also, how would I go about restoring an emuNAND backup? I'm really fine with doing anything at this point, even deleting emuNAND.

First you need a backup of your emuNAND (a backup of your sysNAND will work too, if you don't have an emuNAND backup). Download EmuNAND Tool. And plug your SD card into your PC. Choose the option on EmuNAND Tool to inject emuNAND. Select your emuNAND (or NAND) backup and allow EmuNAND Tool to inject it. Done! The backup has been restored. After that, plug your SD card back into your 3DS and see if you can boot emuNAND.

Edit: Gotta go for about a half-hour to an hour. I'll be back after that if you have any questions.

I get an error, saying "Error! Invalid NAND file size!" Perhaps I incorrectly dumped my sysNAND?

You could try making another sysNAND dump and injecting that with EmuNAND Tool, sounds like something could've gone wrong when you dumped your NAND. Alternatively, you could format a new emuNAND.

I tried launching both, but EmuNAND9Tool boots me back to the Homebrew Launcher, and the Gateway menu boots me to the Home Menu with an error. What do?
Sounds like your 3DS might be on frankenfirmware due to the crash during the EmuNAND update. You can verify whether you're properly on 9.2 or not by running this.

So, if it says "Missing title" does that mean that it's not 9.2? Because if so, that applies to all of them (even though System Settings tells me 9.2)

Can you access sysupdater? I have a similar issue, but I'm not sure if I can try to downgrade from the broken 9.2.0 to 9.2.0 again.

It's telling you that all of the titles are missing? That can't be right. I don't think the 3DS would even boot if that was the case. Still, seems like something might have gone wrong.

You can try using the method from this thread to see if that helps, but I find it very strange that it says the tiles are missing rather than on the wrong version....

...yeeeeeeeeah, can't do that. My 3DS seems to be working perfectly fine, though.

Ah, do you have OoT? I think you only need the other 3DS if you don't already have OoThax set up with OoT (you could also use a save dongle to do this).

Other than that, the only thing I can think of that might help is redoing the downgrade process, but that seems risky with the current state of the 3DS. You can try that if you want, but I don't want to tell you to do something that might brick your 3DS.

I do have OoT, luckily enough. I haven't had OoTHax set up though, as I've been using Ninjhax throughout this process.

I think you should still be able to set up OoThax, since your 3DS seems to able to run homebrew fine. If you can get OoThax set up, you should be able to follow the steps from that thread.

I got EmuNAND to run by rerunning sysupdater and downgrading again. I didn't need another 3DS or Zelda. If you can get to homebrew the you might be able to fix it too

my check log output is shorter now

Code:
Title ID 0x0004003000009e02
  Extra title
Title ID 0x0004013000001b02
  Expected version 0x0800
  Installed version 0x0c01
Title ID 0x0004013000001a02
  Expected version 0x1400
  Installed version 0x1801

The description says "requires OOT3D and an Internet connection." Remember that my WiFi card isn't working properly (it's the whole reason that I'm even in this situation)
