I thought if I put the Amiibo weapons in my convoy I could grab them because I know they aren't tradeable. I was wrong and now I'm sad

You can put the "replica" weapons in your convoy to grab them.

However, they do not function, nor look, like the weapons of the amiibo they are named for.

S-ranked azura so smiling in a flood of tears to a video game character really devastated me to the point of not wanting to play the game on the Conquest and Revelations paths for a few days.
And Lilith, god that was so sad but going to the temple after put the icing on the sad cake. And Flora, seeing Felicia and Jakob try to put out the fire was so bad too. DON'T GET ME STARTED ON ELISE. OH GOD, ELISE. That was so painful especially with Xander forcing the fight to continue, and when Xander was finished I was lost. I guess you could say I was lost in thoughts all alone

Can you take the shield off of characters from other castles? I got a yukimura in valla so if you could take the shield off would they have critical quotes and supports like they normally do? If they can be taken off how do you do it?

They would not have supports unless if they cannot be recruited normally in the route you are playing. If you remove the shield they will behave as a normal unit otherwise.

After all this time I still don't find a class ID list with the America/Europe release names and I get all confused

They would not have supports unless if they cannot be recruited normally in the route you are playing. If you remove the shield they will behave as a normal unit otherwise.

Well, in the fire emblem wikia says that Onmyoji (in jap 陰陽師) is the same as Sage in the other game series, but I don't find Sage or Onmyoji in the list

Well, here goes my attempt at help. Dump your save, decrypt with FEST, and open in your favorite hex editor (HxD works). See picture attached to this post for the rest. I took this from the thread about getting the amiibos characters, so image credit goes to them. The bytes in black are the character ID and class ID in that order for the character. Use the search function to search for the appropriate values for the character you are editing (00 will always be between the id's.) The character in the picture is Ike. See the four FF's in row F60? The offset will be different, but it should look similar. Make all the numbers starting after the FF FF FF FF zero until you get to the FF FF (partway into row F70 in the picture). Do not change the FF's, just the numbers in between. This will work for any logbook unit, including Bond Units and Guests. Encrypt your save and inject. Always keep backups, as deleting the wrong values can crash. If you follow my instructions, no crashes should occur.
