Works well. My only wish is to be able to choose where the bin is saved when you save tag, along with being able to rename it before saving. My downloads folder is a mess and I have to save the tag, then go into a file manager and move/rename it every time. I'm not forcing you to, but I do recommend it as it would be very useful. So far I've only tested tag scan, tag save, and tag restore. I'm going to test the SSB editing later, and once I buy a few NTAGs I'll be able to test card creation. I can see this being very useful for when I want to play with amiibos at a friends house but don't want to drag all of my amiibos over to do so.
So "Write Tag (Auto)" is for writing a bin file onto a blank NTAG, so what's "Write Tag (Raw)" used for?
And when I dump an Amiibo, is it also dumping the Mii Owner information, and when restoring writes the Mii Owner info onto the NTAG? What portion of the bin file is the Mii owner info?

I got mine off ebay, £4.25 for 10 delivered. Work really well, ive just written my 60th tag with no problems so far

Hey, I'm having some difficulties. I ordered some 215 tags from alibaba; dude sent me a bunch of 213 tags then resent me some new 215 tags.
I got the keys by following this
"To find the key file Google: Use this to Encrypt your custom Amiibo NTag pastebin
You'll find a .bin file, open in HxD and "split" it in two parts (the first 5 rows and the second 5 rows), then save the first part to "unfixed key.bin" and the second to "locked key.bin". "
Now I am getting the error "Failed to decrypt tag" This is the same error I got from the 213 tags; but I know these are 215. Any ideas on some assistance?
NTAG215s can only be written to once, correct? My understanding is that once it is created, the Wii U is not able to save updated Amiibo progress/saves to the NTAG215. Is this correct? Thanks...
The NXP Tag Info app is correctly identifying it as a ntag215. By the "tag dump file" do you mean that the amiibo dump file is corrupted/invalid? Or the key.bin file is messed up. The amiibo file I have is 540 bytes and fresh.Failed to decrypt tag usually means that your tag dump file is corrupted or invalid. I would suggest you try a different one.
You don't need to split the keyfile anymore just use the whole file in the load key menu.
Install the NXP Tag Info app from app from play store and scan the blank tag. In the info screen it should say whether its a 213 or 215 or 216.
